My Journey

Opening to Love

I know firsthand what it feels like to be single and feel like nothing is working.

I remember thinking, “Where are all the good men?”

I would think about trying dating apps, but the thought of being ghosted again was exhausting. The conversations that went nowhere left me feeling discouraged, lonely, and disappointed.

And I remember the exact spot where I was standing when something finally clicked.

I was working at a hotel when a man showed interest in me.

You would think I would have been excited.

Instead, I had no idea how to respond.

That moment made me realize something:

I needed help.

I already had a good relationship with Jesus, so I went home and prayed. I told Him that I needed help when it came to relationships.

Within the next few days, I came across a program that spoke directly to the struggles I was having, especially in my relationships with men.

I decided to learn more.

What stood out to me was that they were Christians. Their faith aligned with mine, and I felt safe taking that first step.

As I began my emotional healing journey, I discovered something I had never understood before.

My relationships weren’t only being affected by the men I was meeting. They were being affected by beliefs I had formed through past experiences and trauma.

Without even realizing it, I had learned ways to protect myself.

I had closed parts of my heart to love.

And while those protections once helped me feel safe, they were also making it harder for me to receive the kind of love I truly wanted.

As I worked through the places where I felt stuck, something began to change.

My heart started to heal.

I became more open.

I learned how to receive love instead of always protecting myself from it.

And that is when something beautiful happened.

I connected with the kind of man I had been looking for but had not yet been ready to receive love from.

That experience changed the way I saw relationships.

I realized that sometimes the question isn’t, “Where are all the good men?”

Sometimes the deeper question is:

“Am I able to recognize, receive, and build a healthy relationship when it comes?”

That is why I created Opening to Love.

To help single women understand what may be keeping their hearts guarded, gently work through what they have been carrying, and create space for healthy love.

You don’t have to force love. You don’t have to chase it. And you don’t have to become someone you’re not.

You can learn to open to love one safe step at a time.

The Path to Mentorship

From Stuck & Single to Ready for Love

You want a healthy, loving relationship with the man you have dreamed of. You want to feel connected, chosen, and loved. But dating has left you feeling lonely, discouraged, and unsure of what to do next.

Maybe you’ve read the books, talked to your friends, tried dating apps, and done everything you know to do but nothing seems to be changing.

I understand that feeling.

My background is in coaching, and through my own journey, I experienced deep healing and breakthroughs in the way I approached dating and relationships through Coaching with Jesus.

That personal transformation gave me a new passion: helping other women experience the same kind of healing, freedom, and hope!

That is why I created She Grows in Love.

This program was born from a deep desire to help single women who are tired of feeling stuck, lonely, and discouraged when it comes to dating.

Through faith-based coaching, we look beneath the surface to uncover the patterns and beliefs that may be keeping you stuck, so you can begin moving forward with greater confidence, hope, and freedom.

You don’t have to stay stuck.

You can grow.
You can heal.
You can become ready for healthy love.
